WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
To return the products you bought online, please contact our Customer Service on 04 457 8780, a customer service agent will assist you with your request. If the ordered products are received without damage, or mistake made on our end, a refund or exchange is not possible. Only in the event of damaged, spoiled or wrong product, you will receive a refund.
Returns are not applicable for products bought on promotions or sale items. Returns requests for opened or used products will not be accepted.
Returned items should be unused and with all the tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.
Return of damaged products is limited to only manufacturing defects and not applicable in case of misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
If you paid:
- by credit/debit card directly on the Website:
When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, Madis UAE will process the refund by crediting the same amount in the credit/debit card used (excluding shipping, courier, and customs fees) when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- by cash on delivery:
When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, Madis UAE will issue an online voucher to be used on the Website. It takes up to two (2) to three (3) business days to receive this voucher by email
If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you in your request. All products must be unused and with all Madis UAE tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, with the original invoice.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To exchange the products you bought online, please contact our Customer Service on +971 4 457 8780 within maximum seven (7)-day period from receiving the order, a customer service agent will assist you with your request.
Exchanges are not applicable for products bought on promotions or sale items.
Products must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging.
Exchange requests for opened or used products will not be accepted.
Items to be exchanged should be unused and with all tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.
Once we have received and inspected the product(s), you may exchange your product(s) with any other product(s).
If the selected product to exchange with is of a:
· Higher amount of the original product, then you will pay the difference on delivery.
· Lower amount of the original product, then you will get the difference as store credit to be used on the website.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order only if you contact our Customer Service on +971 4 457 8780 before your order has been processed.
After your order has been processed any cancellation will be considered as Return, please refer to the Return section.
